These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of camsecuritybuilders.com and any service you order from Cam Security Builders LLC ("we," "us," "our," "Company"), 382 N. Lemon Ave #844, Walnut, CA 91789, across both our Construction and Dynasty Wealth Builders divisions. By submitting a form, making a payment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Cam Security Builders is not a law firm, CPA firm, or investment adviser. Dynasty Wealth Builders services — trust formation, business formation, and credit-building coordination — are administrative, ministerial, and document-support services only. The Dynasty Wealth System workbook is educational content only. Nothing on this site or delivered as part of our services constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice. You should retain independent legal and tax counsel before relying on any structure, strategy, or document we help you prepare.
Quote requests submitted through this site are non-binding estimates only. A project does not begin, and no obligation is created on either side, until both parties sign a separate written contract or estimate specific to your project, which will govern scope, price, and schedule.
Fees for trust formation, business formation, credit-building, and related services are as posted on our Pricing page at the time of order and are due in advance before work begins. Annual and recurring items (registered agent, business address, hosting, and similar) remain your responsibility for as long as you continue that service. Fees are non-refundable once drafting, intake review, scheduling, document preparation, ordering, or third-party coordination has started. Submitting the Client Intake form and required documents constitutes your authorization to begin that coordination.
The workbook is a one-time purchase that unlocks immediately upon payment. Because it is delivered digitally and instantly, all workbook sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Workbook content is our copyrighted material; your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for your own household or business use — it does not grant any right to copy, resell, or redistribute the content.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information on all forms and intake documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information used to prepare any document, filing, or structure on your behalf, and for reviewing any document we prepare before it is filed or executed.
Services and content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cam Security Builders LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any legal, tax, or financial outcome arising from a structure, document, or strategy prepared or described in connection with our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
